1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged, defective, or expired
You received the wrong item
The product is missing components
To be eligible:
The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Proof (images/videos) must be shared for verification
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and consumable nature, the following are not eligible for return:
Opened or used food products
Items without original packaging
Products returned without prior approval

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping
4. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after product inspection
Amount will be credited within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
If eligible, you may opt for a replacement instead of refund
Replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days after approval
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
